Arts Award Supporter
Squire Stage Combat is a proud supporter of the Arts Award. Our workshops are a great resource for students working towards their Arts Award and we are always looking to make connections to centres across the country. Our workshops allow students to discover and explore a new art form as well as interview arts professionals about their work and practice or review the workshops as part of Arts Voice. Students can develop new performance skills as part of their personal arts development and improve their teamwork, communication and creativity in the creation of a final dramatic performance which can be staged or filmed.

our programme
Squire Stage Combat provides training in stage combat to students aged 8+. We work with schools, universities, theatres and private clients to deliver a range of workshops to suit all abilities and ages. We also offer entertainment packages including fight performances, circus skills workshops and team building exercises.
Our Supporter Offer
All of Squire's workshops can be utilised by students working towards their Arts Award. A typical workshop requires students to discover how stage combat works while exploring their own personal creativity choreographing, performing and observing their own work.
We also operate a unique to Arts Award program of talks and Q&A's to support students written work. These can be conducted before or after a workshop or conducted online once the workshop has taken place.
